I live in the Fort Myers area, and am looking for a lead to someone that can fix my drivers side massage seat function. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thus far, only dealers know how to fix this.

I called a Mercedes specialist (not a dealer) and I was quoted $450 just to diagnose the problem with my massage seat. Not knowing what the total bill would be, I opted to live without the massage function

The massage function is less than stellar on my 2013. Agree with rest - not worth the coin if you are paying your own bill.
