I brought it up but never received any confirmation that the driver's side wiper does not produce the same amount of fluid as the passenger. Sounds like the design is such that it does not based on recent responses and my new wiper blades.

It would be interesting to hear what the folks in GB or elsewhere with RHD cars observe. It may be over-designed and over-engineered to have different amounts of fluid for each side based on how wet the total windshield gets.

I'm thinking the MB engineers figured the passenger side wiper will push fluid toward the driver side thus less fluid used. Saving a few ounces of fluid. You know these stingy Germans. They over engineer almost everything.
