Hi Everyone i wonder if any of you can help me with an issue with my reversing camera.
I have a used 2014 SL350 and its been great, ive added 5,000m in the last 3 months since we purchased it.
I have a couple of niggles i need to sort out, one of them is the reversing camera.
Please have a look atr the images below, the camera is very blury, i did some research on this and a search on google suggested I clean the glasss with a glass polish on the lens so ive done that but it hasnt improved the image.
Another issue is that its angles towards the floor to much
I have no idea if this is a factory camera or aftermarket, the guys who fitted my Android Audo module said it was origianl but i would assume it would have the reversing guide lines right?
So im thinking this is aftermarket?
Can anyone help confirm its not OEM and perhaps suggest a solution?

I’ve not seen this before, but before going too far, how much are you willing to spend to fix something that is more of a convenience than necessity? I’m not sure scanning for codes with a Mercedes scanner will reveal anything, but it may. Have you looked into the cost to replace it? It’s probably a DIY, though slightly complicated, job.
I took the boot lining off yesterday to have a look and now you have shown me that link from Amazon, i might purchase that as its easy to return if it doesnt fit

Did you? If so please let us know how you get on, I've got a blurred image on my camera and I'm thinking about replacing. Any info on procedure always welcome, including removal of boot trim.
