SL63 color help

Hi guys,

Have an SL63 build date in early Feb for late spring delivery.

Have been indecisive on my color choice- for now selected the selenite grey with the sienna brown interior, and AMG night package.

More recently I’ve been thinking the metallic black color would look pretty nice, especially with the AMG night package and black roof. maybe even keep the sienna brown interior for a little contrast.

Any thoughts?

I had an Obsidian Black SL550 and loved the color. It is the best of the blacks I think. A black top would go well. Can't comment on the interior color or the night package. Good Luck! It's a great ride - a combination of Beast (when invoked) and Beauty.

I have an Obsidian Black SL 63 with the sienna brown interior and a black top. I don't have the night package as I love the chrome trim.

I love black cars but not so much on the SL. The body lines on the SL are all very subtle and do not show well (IMO) with the dark color.

I'm sitting beside a black/black with Night Package, I'll upload a few photos in a moment to hopefully showcase the color.

I haven't bought anything other than a black car since 1976 (and I generally don't keep a car more than a few years). To me, there's nothing better. They need to be kept clean, but when they are they're the best (IMO).

I'm with you, I've owned more black cars than any other but of every color I have seen the SL adorned in, Hyper Blue Metallic is my favorite and I HATE blue cars.

I ended up going with the alpine grey with the sienna interior… it’s like a flat grey. I agree with you, I love the black but I thought it overpowered the subtle curves
