I’m a forever Z8 fan…. I think it’s the most beautiful car BMW ever created, and the current used values support that…
but this Skytop just looks like a re-skinned 8 series cabrio/coupe with a T top, along with the interior just being exactly like that of the 8 series.

I used to drive these in high school, coolest cars on the road and the 70-74's were beasts with the right optional engines e.g. 400 CID Ram Air 111, IV's and the 455 CID HO and SD's...these cars in mint condition bring serious $$$ these days. Even the 77Bandit in the pic with the Pontiac made TA 6.6 (vs the Olds 6.6) is highly sought after in pristine condition.
If BMW makes the top like the Ferrari Superamerica it would be super cool.
