Software Update Hung @ 31%
Hello All. I picked up a "still on the lot" new 2023 SL 63 last week. After setup the system stated is has an OTA update for the communications module. Well, it has been stuck at 31% since Friday.
Anyone have a hack/resolution for this?
Thank you for the help!

Nice spec, as for the update, it installs slower/or even halt when driving, when parked especially in a poor reception area it also halts or at least slow down. I heard forum members complained about updates stuck on 85% for a week but that was a different car.

Thank you for the information. I do have the vehicle connected to my home WiFi and set the update network to home as well. The vehicle will access the internet via the browser and or the me app. Hopefully it will clear.

For map updates, you can do it manually via Mercedes Me connect Portal through the download manager. OTA system version software updates however has to go through OTA or manually through XENTRY.
