SL Voucher
For the many owners who received an email or mailer from Mercedes about a voucher, if you still need help getting the money, see attached documents.
After dozens of phone calls to MBUSA and several dealerships, I finally got a service manager to lay out the steps needed to verify the voucher and get it to the customer. I would call or email someone about once or twice a month regarding this, and after almost a year I finally got my $4000 voucher applied to my lease balance as of today.
It only was for 22-23 SL55 & SL63 or 23 SL43. I don’t know if it was for original purchasers only or if second owners could claim an unused voucher.

Mercedes denied my claim because my car’s recalls weren’t performed by November 1st 2024 as it was in winter storage.

THAT really sounds like something a customer service oriented GM might be able to rectify for you. I would ask. Your chances would have been better this past spring, but I’d ask anyway. Good luck to you.
