SL/R107: car got keyed

car got keyed
Lat night some $%^^&*&^%$%&&*() "keyed the side of my car. I'm sure he's proud of himself - left a line right down to the metal in most areas. I spent the day trying to buff it out but it's too deep. Anyone ever tried to repair with touch up paint?

This happened to one of our acura legend forum members. He didnt want to repaint the entire car so he got some touch up paint in a small brush and filled the scratch. Then he sanded down the area with 2000 grit sandpaper and buffed the swirls out with rubbing compound. You can still see the imperfection if you LOOK for it. But few feet away you can't tell. Sorry this happened but hopefully he'll get his share of karma.

If it were up to me...
If the ******* was caught and found guilty in court (i suppose we have to play it fair?!) ... id cut his hands off...really slowly.
There simply is NO PLACE in American or ANY society for people that take pleasure in hurting others in that way....
It takes real evil to do that. He has to THINK ABOUT what he is doing... he knows its going to hurt you unbelievably..... and he does it anyway?
Cut his hands off...and put salt on the wounds.
