Pretty hard to give you a figure as perfect and needs restoration contradict each other.

I'd give a wild *** guess of around $6K, but look on eBay for similar cars that actually sell, add a little for the fear factor and that should give you a good estimate.

i meant after restoration whats a great condition one is going for , The interior and drive train is in great shape less the body rust and crappy paint.

If you're restoring because you want to keep the car, great.
If you're restoring to sell, it's very much a losing proposition.

rust never sleeps and chrome is expensive to get right. You may do better selling off the good and salvaging the metal. Wheel rims may be worth the most. MB's are not minor restorations or inexpensive to restore.

If the rims are the most valuable part on it you are in trouble. I picked up a set of 4 of the alloys for free last week.
There were too many of the 107 body made to make it rare.

SOLD both: 1987 560SL 2003 ML320
The low mileage will make it a lot more attractive to a potential buyer. Check out the classifieds at the MBCA web site - their STAR magazine always has a couple of pages of 107's for sale. Might give you some prices to compare.
