Does 452 or 722 match original 272 blue interior in 560SL
I'm ordering MBTex for my 560SL. Original interior is 272 blue. I see options for 452 and 722 when I'm ordering. Which one of these matches the 272? Thanks

From the color matrix that has been around a long time, 272 = Leather Blue or Royal Blue, 172 = MB-Tex Blue, and 372 = Fabric Plaid Blue
452 and 722 do not appear in the old lists for interior colors,
The only 400 series interior is 401, Black fabric/cloth
700 numbers are soft top colors, 740 = black, 743 = Vellum, 744 = Blue, 745 = Dk Beige, 746 = Dk Brown, & 747 = Dr Green
There are no other 400 or 700 series colors that I can see on the published lists
If you want Blue MBTex, it should be color code 172
Any dealer parts dept of an experienced upholstery shop will know.for sure what you need..GL..
