SL/R107 Wife's "New" Car '88 560SL

Wife's "New" Car '88 560SL

While looking for a good used car from a friend who specilizes in used MB he pulled out a white 88 560SL and said, "Just take it for a ride." Well even though it wasn't what we were looking for it wasn't more than a half mile before my wife said, "This one says, take me home!"

So not being able to say no to my lovely wife we brought it home.

Now the question is, what do I need to be aware of in keeping this fine car running well and as close to original as possible? Are there specific things that I need to be aware of in maintaining this beautiful car? Anything that is unique to the 560SL that I don't want to learn the hard way?
