Do European Road Signs do this to You?

One thing I like about most European road signs is that they are illuminated at night, but the confusion and usally different language is not to friendly.

I am sorry, but I don't understand what's the problem about that sign, other than it's in Italian?

I agree. But yet the sign presents no problems for others that can read maps.

I'm sorry to see this post. I guess all of Europe needs to post their signs in a language that you know/speak, regardless of the country they are placed in. Pictograms just don't seem to work. Please call ahead of time, a few years should do, and let them know your vacation plans. That way they can accomodate you on your travels. :p :v

The whole thing was kind of a joke. We were hopelessly lost somewhere in the Dolomites............We thought we had it figured out and then that sign..........."just cleared it all up"!

......And FYI AMG Deutch....I speak Italian......Mantenga il vostro sarcasm tedesco dell'elitista a lei!

I didn't mean that way, I speak Polish, German, and Russian almost fluently. I don't have much trouble understand or reading most road signs, but like the one posted above. It looks confusing, just by looking at it. Im sure once seeing more of them, it would be much easier to understand.

When we saw that sign we were doing about 90kph and tried to decipher that pile of information in a split second........No Way!

I am much better at Italian...........sorry, my German is weak.

English isn't a problem either..

I guess your first language is always the easiest!
