Hence, the 997 model looks different then the Boxster model and I assume the 997TT will look AWESOME! Need to get one next summer

dude, you need a GT2 (or GT3). that will keep you on your edges.
$15k will not afford you a full techart or gemballa bodykit and hre's :p retail, the full kits alone will ring close to $20k. on a turbo then maybe hre's ok, but i think a car like a gt2 demands something more performance oriented. on a turbo you need suspension, monoball bushings and links, some good set of dampers, and a good alignemnt. then focus on the power, which can go crazy high.
if power's no longer exciting, how about a lightweight response machine like a modded GT3. there's a learning curve too, so it's not just jump in and mash around in it, so learning how to properly negotiate it smoothly and swiftly around corners will be a rewarding experience.

I test drove a Lambo Murcialago earlier this week, made me appreciate my SL65 even more. Looks like I will be holding on to it for a while.

but they were saying that the problem w/ a 911tt is that it doesnt have the supercar look and looks like a regular carrera.
who pays retail??
u r right though, it would be closer to 20k w/ wheels
