My deposit/sales contract for the w211 E55 says "options TBD" and price "MSRP" What list are you #1 on??? The suckers' list? If you didn't cover your *** you are to blame.

Regarding my contract I will be charged MSRP for the vehicle PLUS any options.

What he was saying is that his contract stated he was to be charged MSRP at time of delivery, and now they want to add a "preimuim" of $25 - $30k!!

I don't remember reading that part.

So, Jeffreyy, did the reservation state that the price would be MSRP or was that never brought up or mentioned? (It will probably be hard to remember since is was almost two years ago.)

Update

I am actually on vacation at the moment, so I don't have access to the contract. However, it turns out the dealer is seemingly becoming more reasonable. I'd rather not compromise what is happening at the moment, so if you guys don't mind, I will put this thread on hold for a few days.
