CL65, BMW 2006 M5 and 745Li
CL 65 to SL 65
I am deciding to trade in my CL 65 to a SL 65. Besides the loss of two seats, what are the real differences between two in all aspects such as handling and just plain drive-ability? Or will there even be a noticeable change?

that's subjective. no. assuming from the cars you drive (you listed) you probably won't notice much. i mean both cars are cruisers so you can't be too critical.
