My new 2007 SL55 AMG
Finally achieved my life times dream and taken delivery of a brand new SL and to top it it's the SL55 AMG with the up rated engine and suspension, oh yeah new to the site and I must say it's very very good and you all seem a friendly bunch!

Thanks for all the nice comments, there are around 5 SL55 AMG's and 2 SL65 AMG's running around the Island that I know of, the rest are mainly SL500's and a small number of SL350's!
The car in the background is my A200 Avantgarde which is ideal for the Island's narrow lanes and stuff!
Taking mine to Germany in September for its first real run as the Island speed limit is 40MPH!! I'll make sure to post some pics.

it's just money.. :P but in all honesty.. you can't even begin to compare the two.. if it's a primary driver.. sl65.. all the way.. if it's a toy and you have roads to actually use it... 997tt..
