Whatever there's gas in...
I think someone would be an idiot for paying +80k for a kit car...a V6 at that..

Go put 80k down on a REAL CGT!!!

Of course, that is IMO.

I don't think it has a V6. Most likely it has a stock boxter engine(flat 6) It could be worth 80K if all of the babes in the photo came with it. Then again, they would prob have a lot of false parts too if they are with that pos.

These have been around for a few years, but at first they were on th traditional 88 fiero chasis worth $1500 like all the other ferrari and Lambo kits, Now there is this thing on the boxster but it is still way too small compared to the real deal....for that kind of $$$ it would have to be dead like the current diablo reps (waste of $$$ still) and even then I would buy something real over it. Here in LA there all kinds of kitcars roaming the streets!

haha good point! those girls are a "rebody" too! i agree with you guys. i just thought it was funny that someone would spend their time and money rebodying these cars. and at the same time, someone out there will spend $80K to buy them!

The conversion is better than some of the other replica kits I have seen, but it still makes no sense at all. It's one thing to put a tasteful bodykit on a car, but a whole other to make a car look like another. The porsche boxster is a great car by itself, I don't know why anyone would want to make people think its something else.

If you REALLY want to do something to a Boxter then call Ruf and have them put a 3.8 into it. There are a few other tuners doing it as well.

I agree. Personally, I would spend the money on upgrading the Boxster from sporty to one incredible machine. Sure, looks cute, but those wheels have to go. Who in their right mind would introduce "bling" to a CGT. Makes no sense.

it would make an OK body kit, but to fake as a 600K+ GT... nope! and a 6 cylinder engine... ewe!!! Hooter girls are cute but, probably got kits for those too!

Talk about turning heads, I'd certainly break my neck trying to save my eyes from that waste of metal.

Am I the only one who thinks that Boxster looks pretty hot? Its just a little weird looking, especially right behind the seats. I also don't like the rims. Other than that, I think its cool...maybe its cuz I'm 18? It also reminds me of the Noble M12

Haha. No offense, but you need to sharpen up your reading skills a bit and re-read the first half of my post.

No, you're not. I too think it's cool sporty little car. Saw a silver one in the city a week ago and it looked nice. Man, I love the new Noble M15!
