STARMARK!!! True or False?
Found this on eBay and I have no idea if its true or not but anyway, you be the judge. Although it did not mention anything about SL, what struck me is on how the CPO's were inspected.

I purchased a Starmark Mercedes-Benz over ten years ago and the CPO process took in excess of two days. I also had a copy of all the R & R items that were corrected. The car had 70,000 miles when I purchased it.
Still, I had my own independent MB tech examine the car (cost me some $), but the peace of mind was worth it.
There are exclusions in the Starmark warranty. You have to be familiar with the contract and decide if it suits your needs. BTW, I still have that car and it has now covered over 215,000 miles...still drive it everyday.
