05 SL 55 AMG, 01 Turbusa/8.43 @ 183..1/4 mi.
Fell In Love Today..............
Our driver was sick with the flu........I made a parts run to the Mercedes Dealer and on the way back...........
I got passed by a SL65 Twin Turbo..........it was black and as I watched it pull ahead, the suspension on that car was isolating the chassis almost totally from the road surface imperfections.........
I was in a 1988 Toyota Pick-Up.........a customer car that we had just put a thermostat/gasket in............truck temp ran cool.
When that car went by, I felt like rolling down the window and screaming..............."My other car is an SL 55......".
Not that it would have mattered........he still had the better car......
Car was BLACK, clean and Georgeous..........
