They cost me $450. A bit pricey, but they are definitely a quality item.

Any truth to the rumor that the AMG/Santoni shoes guarantee 20 more ft/lb of torque? And to shave 3 sec. off lap times?

Next question
AMGs are all juice drive. How do they add functionality when there is no need to heel/toe?

More to the point, I have faked up my right ankle so many times that I thought I would never be able to learn heel/toe. I bought a pair of Sabelt driving shoes at my last track day and I really noticed the difference. Heel/toe is something that I am getting used to now.

You mean we buy one pair between the lot of us and enjoy the shoes each one week of the year, right?

Now you have to learn to double clutch! They work real well with the SL for me, as I left foot brake....plus I need the ankle support as well.

Nordstrom's only has the low tops. You have to go to Santoni USA...You can either call (212-794-3820) or email (madison.ny@santonishoesusa.com) for info. If you call, ask for Abdul, he was very helpful in all our communications. You want to speak with Abdul. He is very helpful. He got my size straight from Italy. Great guy and great shoes!
