Lowering Module Info
I wanted to start a thread that would list all Lowering Modules for the SL55.
There are several, And all work differently, some have to be soldered into the harness and some plug in, they lower the cars different amounts, and react differently with the controls etc.
Can Owners of SL55 cars that are Modified with a particular Module, or those that have extensive knowledge of one or more, List;
a) Brand
b) Cost
c) Installation Proceedure
d) How It functions (how it's controlled, and what it does)
e) benefits & drawbacks.

SL65 AMG
Used the renntech elm, 1k give or take, diy install about 20-30min, works off 3 knobs rear,lf,rf, and about 6-8 settings, ride can be harsh on lower settings, can also shut unit off and go back to stock by turning a switch.

The cheapest ELM out there is Renntech ELM which can be fully adjusted within the cabin. Its easy to install, which requires a little soldering skill and a little patience.
