Tires for SL65?
It is time to order Summer shoes for the SL and after the flop with Winter Pirellis (bad advice from MB techs ended up with me driving all Winter with raised suspension because of "rubbing"),I want to know other owners opinion.
Specifically,it regards the fitment of Michelin PS2, 295/30/19 on stock rear rims(no 285s available).
Anyone did it?
Did it work?
Thanks in advance.

I used to run PS2's on the SL all the time. Since ive started to drive the car alot more, i have switched to Pilot Sport A/S. I was hesitant at first, but the tires get almost twice as much wear, while riding quieter than the PS2's. Since i never track the car and only use it for spirited driving occasionally, the decreased grip level hasn't really affected me. Now this is on a SL55 obviously not a 65. If you launch your car aggressivly very often i recomend the PS2's, not these all season tires. Just my .02
