Off the top of my head....

Exhaust tips
Third tail light smoked
Front facia side vents
Carbon fiber interior package
Steering wheel paddles

From what I have seen the differences are pretty minor, so the important stuff is the same.

Biggest difference is 30-40k

Unfortunately, the best 65 is a used 65. I sold my #1 spot for the SL65, and that car was $209K out the door in '05. I would imagine its worth less than half now, with minimal mileage.
