Quaife LSD Dealer in the Chicago Area?

Anybody know a Quaife dealer with M-B installation experience in the Chicago area. It's a mod I'm really interested in. However, I don't want to trust my baby to somebody who hasn't worked on SL's.

Try asking Autotech/Quaife America. That's what I did. I emailed them yesterday and they replied back today with a referral for a local drivetrain company/Quaife installer in Anaheim (Unitrax). I'm going to try them out. You can also visit their website at Autotech.com for more info on dealers in your area.

I called them, and got 2 names. Neither of them had installed in a Mercedes, but they were willng to "give it a go"

It would be cheaper to either ship the car to you, or fly you down and rent garage space, than for me to take a day or two off work to drive to Detroit.

Chicago Performance in Melrose Park can install the Quaife. They installed mine. It took a week, but they figured it out.

If you're willing to travel, have Sunil do it.
