Supercharger cutting off---Fixed
I put renntech headers on my sl55 and afterwards on the way home My supercharger started cutting off. Well today I had the -10C mod done and I believe it fixed it. No more disengaging of the supercharger on the way home and it was 92 degrees. The car ran about 5C cooler in traffic and about 7-8C cooler on the highway. I ordered an upgraded pump but have not installed it yet. I am so happy I have full power all the time. Try this before changing IC pumps.

Your mercedes tech or whoever has the star diagnostics can go into the cars submenus and reprogram the electric fan to come on 10C earlier and with more force. This was a setting created for hot climates. It made a world of difference. No more supercharger cutoffs on mine anyway. Hope this helps.
