SL65 running/servicing costs compared to SL55?

Anyone owned/serviced both? Is there anything to be worried about regarding servicing of the 65s? E.g. I was told servicing an Audi RS6 is due to extreme (and stupid) engineering almost comparable to Porsche or Ferrari costs since for minor issues (belt change) the engine has to go out..

Told from a salesman so I don't know the authenticity

I own an SL55AMG. Since it's only a super charged V8 and not a V12 he told me that he saw much much less SL65's in the shop than SL55 but that could also because SL65's are quite a bit more expensive. But he did tell me that those cars are just a pain to work on them.

My workshop once told me, that as a rule of thumb, V12s cost roughly twice the service amount as V8s. I'm no mechanic, but that makes sense to me (more oil, more sparkplugs, mode difficult to reach everything, more expensive parts).
