Correct - this car was NOT done by 110Motoring. Its was built for Michael Hammer by Meridian back before they went out of business.

I have been involved with this car for many years. Built the car while it was at Meridian. This car has been an ongoing project. It was posted up just to show what is available! Not that 110 built the car! 110 was involved in maintaing the car.
That is the TRUTH!!!

Interesting you didn't say that in your original post but instead made the following misleading comment:

This is not about having the last word, Jon. It's about informing the other members of this site to the fact that you are, and continue to be misleading and dishonest about your business practices. I find it funny that you know I am on these boards, and you know that when you post something that is not FACT, I will call you out on it. Interesting commentary about what you think of the other members level of intelligence....not to mention my own. Keep up the good work !!!

Obviously you are always right and we are just living in the shadow of the "GREAT" Luke Hartzog. I would like to call attention to all of the rest of Luke's posts and the way at which he treats all of us regular people on this message board. You treat everyone on here like we are all stupid and that we should be begging you to put us all on the right path. I think you should work on all of your short comings instead of pointing out everyone else's. This board was created to educate and inform not to viciously berate and slander a person or his company. You were never a customer of 110 Motoring. I cannot stop you from posting your own personal opinion's but at this point for you to take the time and review posts that were from December of 2007 must mean you have nothing better to do with your time. I would appreciate if you would refrain from mentioning my name or my company as this makes you look like a child instead of a 36 year old married man. I think we are both adults and that we should agree to disagree and part ways on that note.

I have not gone out of my way to express my opinion of you or your company. I have not STARTED any threads - I have simply responded to threads YOU have started to inform other members of just exactly what kind of person you are. Furthermore, I have never "slandered" you at all. And since you are too stupid to realize it, here is the definition of slander:

"Slander is an untruthful oral (spoken) statement about a person that harms the person's reputation or standing in the community. Because slander is a tort (a civil wrong), the injured person can bring a lawsuit against the person who made the false statement."

Now, since nothing I have said about you or your business has been false, I welcome you to sue me for libel. And in case you didn't know it, here is the definition of libel which would be more appropriate for this medium:

"If the statement is made via broadcast media -- for example, over the radio or on TV -- it is considered libel, rather than slander, because the statement has the potential to reach a very wide audience."

But again, I have said nothing that I cannot back up with receipts, professional testimony, personal accounts and witnesses. So, if you want to start throwing around legal jargon, Jon, I suggest you have the ***** to back it up and the intelligence to use the proper terminology. Until then, I will simply wait for more of your deceptive posts here and try to inform the members of the truth as I did above.

Where'd you get these defs? The only difference between slander and libel is libel is published rather than spoken. It does not have to be via "the broadcast media." In fact, were it broadcast it would remain slander. Best get these things right if accusing others of being "stupid."

Who said anything about suing anyone. I just want to point out to everyone the kind of person that you are. Again I hope everyone who reads this takes some time out of there day to review Luke's posts. Simply type LZH in a search and get ready to be amazed. I get that you are not starting new threads but you are taking the time to respond to threads that were posted LAST year. This I consider "going out of your way"

Again I ask that you leave me and my company alone and move on with your life. I am not quite sure why this is so hard for you to do or understand.

In your last post you even state that you are awaiting my next post so you can post the truth. I hope everyone realizes that this is the "TRUTH" from your own eyes. It is very interesting to me that you are able to post the truth about me when we have not seen nore spoken to eachother in months. I look forward to hearing some more great wisdom that you spew onto us from your high pedestal

You are incorrect. When false statement are made that reach a large audience it takes on a new meaning. Take a look at the following:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slander

The difference between slander and libel is that libel is the written or otherwise published, public defamation of a person or entity such as an organization or company, while slander is the spoken false defamation of a person or entity. Slander can also include bodily gestures while libel can include published photographs.

Can't believe I been brought down to the level of looking at sites like nolo and Wikipedia. The latter says this.

"Defamation" is the general term used internationally, and is used in this article where it is not necessary to distinguish between "slander" and "libel". Libel and slander both require publication.[6] The fundamental distinction between libel and slander lies solely in the form in which the defamatory matter is published. If the offending material is published in some fleeting form, as by spoken words or sounds, sign language, gestures and the like, then this is slander. If it is published in more durable form, for example in written words, film, compact disc (CD), DVD, blogging and the like, then it is considered libel.

So an "electronic broadcast" can be called slander. That's the only part of my post which is "incorrect." Kind of like calling someone wrong of they say a car has 400hp when it has 401hp.

Try and be humble and accepting when someone points out your errors.

And that's exactly what I was pointing out. Sorry for providing TOO much information in my initial post. You should take you own advice regarding humility.

But I both can and did admit where I erred slightly. But will you admit that you were unaware the primary distinction between the two is that one is published while the other merely spoken? This is a rhetorical question.

I clearly stated that slander is ORAL (spoken). I also stated that libel is made through the BROADCAST MEDIA, which is another way to say that something is PUBLISHED. Broadcast media is simply another, yet more generalized way of saying "published". I'm not quite sure why you're splitting hairs here....And since you feel it is beneath you to view those sites I referenced....why not try punching both PUBLISH and BROADCAST into a Microsoft Word doc then running a synonym search on both - you get many of the same words and phrases.
