SL55s in stock in Houston

I was at my dealer in Fla. today, I am sure you guys saw my thread on the W209., well they had two SL-500 on the showroom, both black, sticker price was $93,000 and they where asking $119,000. Is this legal? Does Mercedes-Benz in Germany allow their dealers to rip off their customers? Do they know?

They probably know and for sure it is legal.
