Loving that paint!!!
an all-new designo magno Kashmir white finish. To compliment the color, an AMG Carbon package with a matte surface has been added, with the trailing edge, the diffuser insert in the lower back panel and the side air vents on the front apron all featuring the carbon finish.

Beautiful indeed but IWC Merc's are ridiculously over priced for what you get over the regular versions, which is nothing but bragging rights. Kind of like the morons who are gonna pay 30k over list when the SL63 drops, just like they did for the E60 M5, W221 S-Class, R8 and so on and so forth.

I don't like the black plastic-fillers and def. prefer the carbon.

Nice car, but it looks like a hugely depreciating asset! Hopefully the owners will keep the watch in good shape, because when it comes time to sell, the next guy is going to want the entire package!

I agree 200%, when it comes to AMG vehicles, 150K today, 100K tomorrow, the following week 70K and it goes on and on to the drain.

though I have to admit and honestly say that the design is growing on me already. at first I didn't like the new design but this one now looks really good. we only live once, if you can buy it, just take it. you'll never know when to say bye bye so at least before that happens, you've enjoyed something "expensive"

I know many people who can be considered rich and saved money for their entire life to enjoy retirement. So far so good, but the sad thing is that they keep on saving even in retirement for - hmmm - for WHAT? That's the question. Some of them don't even have family, so what are they saving for?
"Feeding the pig" can also turn into an addiction..

You only live once and if you have the money and dont mind spending it, dont worry abou the hit you will take. I figured having some of my favorite cars is already an expensive habit, and hey if I take a hit on it, so be it. Then again thats why I work hard, just so I can drive some of the most amazing cars.

I concur that you only live once, and should enjoy driving the vehicles of your dreams. Personally, I take as much pleasure in buying/selling things and getting a great deal as I do owning them. So I won't be the guy paying over sticker or allowing the salesman to get me to fall in love with one particular car. My buddy, who's an aftermarket exotic car dealer, always repeated his mantra - that he never owned a car that he couldn't replace.

I wonder what the markup on this IWC SL63 is going to be. The markup on the CLS55 AMG IWC was way, way too much. Although it was a nice car. But not that nice!
