'22 Alpina B7,'21 G63 Renntech obviously (wife), Wrangler(kids)
The situation is changing a little bit,you have ML55 ,CLK55,E55,CL55,S55 and even G55.Majority of people will think all these cars have the same engine, most wouldn't know what a kompressor is and with all these AMG models, all equipped with seemingly the same powerplant(for most folks anyway),
the volume increasing every year ,the AMG brand starts to loose it's exclusivity.
I would not be too happy if somebody complimenting my CL55 would also mention ,he had the same engine in his 3 year old ML55 he bought for $38k.I just don't have the time and energy explaining the difference and what a kompressor is.
V12 will give more exclusivity this time I suppose.

Lightbulb Voice from an AMG fan

I care about the push on the back sensation more than anything else so the more nimble AMG version is still the key. Who cares what others think, I drive the car for me, myself and I.

For what is worth, I'll be perfectly happy if the car is debatched. I buy the car for its performance and all rounded utility, not as a show off piece. If I go for the V12, I would do it for its smoothness.

Exactly how I feel - except I bet that the overwhelming torque of the 600 adds to the back-thrusting feeling. WHatever the case is, debadged is definetly the way to go. Personally I think I prefer the 55 styling elements.
