Top/Window question on new SL63
On the wife's new SL63 the windows do not go up when you raise the roof as they did on all our previous SLs.
Is this a feature that can be programmed or has MB deleted this feature or is does her new Sl have a problem?

I have this same "problem" on my SL63; the windows are always going down all the way and staying down, whenever I activate the roof up or down. It is really annoying. On my last SL, the windows only went down part way upon opening the top, and then I would have to close the windows completely myself when the top was all the way open. The windows would then close all the way themselves when I closed the top, which was nice.
I just haven't dug out the manuals to research how to fix this. If anyone has already figured it out, I would appreciate it if you could post it here. It is probably a programming issue, though, and unfortunately will take dealership help.

I took my SL63 in to the dealership today for its new-car check up. I asked about this window "problem." Apparently, it is what it is and there is no way to change it. The windows go down all the way and stay down whether you are opening or closing the top. You have to manually close the windows each time. I am not fond of this feature. My 2006 SL didn't do this.
