'06 E500, '99 ML430 and '07 SL65
You can see from the below diagram that you car has two valve blocks. One in front of the left front wheel and one in front of the left rear wheel. Those valve blocks (255 and 250 on the diagram) are the ones OLDSCHOOLRICE are referring to.

I have also attached a diagram of the location of the ABC suspension components on the car.
