Does anybody make 19" x 11" rims for the 230 chassis?
I've got to get rid of my 20"'s as the Chicago streets are too hard on them.

Yes, most forged rim come in 11 x 19 rear.
I got mine from Iforged but You have many more, like HRE and some sponsors on this board.
