2005 SL65 w/RENNtech Stage 2, 2013 MB GL550
Extended Warranty
Hey guys, I have a 2005 SL65 that the warranty expires Jan 2009. My car only has about 6500 miles on it and I probably won't put more than 3-4000 miles on it each year and I was looking at a MB Extended Warranty. The price quoted from a MB dealer was $4427 for an extra 3 years and up to 75,000 miles which I will not get even close to. My questions are
1. With only 6500 miles do I even bother with EW?
2. Does the price fluctuate between dealers or geographic areas(FL vs MA)?
3. Do I even bother looking at warranties other than MB?
Any help would be appreciated.

I have MB Extended Care on my 65. It cost me roughly what you quoted (I bought my car from California).
How long do you plan on keeping your 65? You need to drive that car more my friend! One of the things that makes the 65 so appealing is it's ability to be driven every day without sacrificing any comfort! It's a fantastic daily driver.
