Leaving tonight, going to pick up my 2004 black sl55!!

got an appointment at a local MB dealership to do an inspection before i sign the paperwork, carfax checks out good, MB dealership which has done all services says its good but i figured the 21 point inspection is worth my time and money!

its going to be a 600 mile journey back to the house but should be a hell of a fun drive!!

Im sure you have a fun drive...i got that feeling b4 but not like your 600 mile..mine was just 300 miles but still ya know...Anyway, drive safe dont forget to post the pix.

One of my favorite things to do is to buy a car across the country and drive home. I have done it with a Testarossa, Mondial t, an F40, Lotus Esprit, and an M5. All were great fun and the memories are still fresh.
