If you can get a 135i for $30k($45k car) you should buy two and then sell them to offset the raping you got by purchasing an SL63 for $160k($135k car). I could see you guys whining if it was a Honduh that was easily modded to keep up and/or beat a Benz.........but it was a BMW.

Or you could do I like I did: Spend 45K on a used (2004) 22k mile SL55...and have a helluva car at a 135i price.

Remember the stock 135i is a 300 hp twin turbo 6 and the performance numbers are just a wee bit off the M3, which everyone knows is a runner...It shouldn't be surprising that a twin turbo car could me pretty easily modded to make it quite fast...And let's not forget the weight differntial...
