can I buy this spoiler?

So I rented the car in this picture while in vegas, this prompted me to go purchase a black 04 sl55 which i LOVE. I was just looking at this past picture of this 06 i rented and noticed the spoiler

Is this available for me to put on my 04 sl55? I assume this is a stock component, where would i find this?

That's not stock. Its an expression rear spoiler. We sell them for $485.

do you sell them already painted to match? and how hard is it to put on.....im getting one here at some point

SL 55 AMG

that SL 500 is a MUT..... 55 wheels, 55 tail lights 500 rear bumper and 55 exhaust tips . no wounder its a rental lol

LOL..........it was a damn good driving car though, actually very well taken care of and only had 22k miles on it, dude rented it to me for 300miles and 189+ taxes per day, thats SUPER cheap for vegas man. It was a last minute trip and it was actually the ONLY car he had left. I drove teh dog **** out of it through the valley of fire brought it back to the hard rock and had a flat left rear tire when went to valet....LOL, dude brought me a 650ci and gave me that car for another free day for the troubles.

I may actually purchase this spoiler, i really like the look it gives the rear of the car

No, we do not paint here. They come primer. They actuallt get drilled into the decklid, which is not my favorite type of install, so if you get it, you better plan on keeping it.

I THINK WE HAVE A WINNER, FOLKS..!

The SL in black, pictured a couple of posts back (up), may very well be the uggliest "styling kit" I have EVER seen for the R230!

The word RAPE comes to mind, but just doesn't cut it...

That word is just too nice & sweet.

And I can't stop myself from keep wondering, are the developing costs ever even gonna reach "Brake Even"...
Don't think so.

no one was looking at the entire kit, at least i wasn't, do somewhat like the spoiler, although not enough to drill holes in my decklid

Of course, it's just my opinion, but go for the small lip instead!
And if you want a bigger lip, go for the one from SL63...

Don't know what you mean with "in a stick". Sorry.
I have the smaller lip myself, and that one fits right on. Without any hole drilling...
(Bought in the US, btw...)

LOL....yeh, i like the idea of pre-painted and not having to drill in my precious car

3m spoiler

If you guys are needing a spoiler,check out my post " first post"
I bought his spoiler for $275 including painted to match body colour
They are on e-bay all the time,i am very pleased with the look and quality of the spoiler.
It fixes on with double sided 3m tape,takes a couple of mins and really improved the look of the back of the 55 imo.
For $275 you really cannot go wrong,i have seen other spoilers,but i wanted something suttle and this worked really well.
I think if anyone gets this for there car they will be more than happy.
By the way,i am in no way connected to the company,just thought i would share my thoughts
