WTB 2003 SL55!!!!
Hey everyone,
I am in the market for a 2003 Mercedes sl55. I am wondering if you guys can help me out in some info about the car. What things should I look for in a car that might give problems? I have one car I am interested in and it has 50,000 miles. Are there any problems with these cars and especially on the higher mileage ones. Any info on these cars would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help.

I have an 03 with 42k miles and love it but it certainly is not trouble free. I would try to find a car that still has some warranty on it. I extended mine 3 more years before the factory one ran out. I think the warranty alone is worth several thousand plus knowing a car is under warranty you can be sure what ever broke was probably fixed correctly since the owner was not paying.
