Winter is just around the corner, for those who reserve their 55s for convertible weather, what is the best way to store them for the winter?

My routine is:
Pump up the tires to 40psi.
Wash it, and clean/vacume the interior, trunk, and inside window areas.
Attach battery trickle/conditioner chargers to both batteries.
Place the car cover on, then......
Go to the corner of the garage and cry.
I HATE WINTER!!!!!

I put on a battery tender but still drive the car whenever the streets are clear and dry. That's usually once or twice a month around here.
anyone add fuel stabilizers?

In wichita, the start of winter really isnt too bad. But once the snow sticks on the ground, even for a day, they're out with truck loads of salt. And since salt and anything mechanical really doesnt bode well for durability, I've got the 55 or anything else really parked other than the daily driver. If I get lucky, salts trucks would not roll til late january. By then, I would only have 1-2 months tops to wait.Originally Posted by jmf003

In AZ our winter ritual is exercising putting the top down and hammering on back roads!

if u dont have a garage to store it ... just get the car winterized and place a tarp over it .
start the car everyday or 2nd day for 15minutes and ur fine ...... full tank mite even last u all winter if u dont even drive it. .
I usally wait till the streets are clean and just drive it up and down the street to keep the joints of the car moving ....just put it on WINTER MODE .
Ive seen Lambos driving around here in Toronto Canada during Dec / Jan time ..... so ya hope that helps.
