I thought those multispoke rims were not available in the U.S.

That must be the best color combo I've ever seen on the new SL, it's even got the aluminium trim and those sweet rims! I think if I had to order a SL I'd get the exact same car! Oh well, I guess I'll have to keep dreaming!

Multispokes are, in fact, available. I have seen them in person.

WOW, that is gorgeous. mine is coming red with those same rims which are standard in canada. i am really tempted to change my interior if i can from ash grey to that red but im concerned that seeing it and living with it is two different things. i think ill stick with grey.

Too much red, but not bad.

Hate the wheels. The effect of todays wheels is that the tires seem to be floating; these wheels would negate that effect.

And, I'm suspicious. This guy is keeping a SLK500 instead of the SL55? Huh? And look at his house. Is that a 4 car garage? Sounds like he's got a couple of bucks, so why is he worried.

I think he bought the car and now is trying to see what kind of profit he can get. Good for capitalism.

To be honest, as big a fan of berry red as I am, I don't think it works with magma. I love the berry red with black or silver, other colours are risky.

A most accurate rendition of Berry Red

The Berry Red interior pictured is one of the most accurate depictions of Berry Red that I have seen on the internet. It must be that the camera (film) having to adjust to the Magma Red exterior forces the interior to remain true to its deep muted, almost wine red color instead of coming off as a much brighter red as in most posted photos.

I think that when it comes to convertables, there needs to be a contrast between the exterior/interior. Berry goes good with black or silver. IMO Magma and Berry just clash together because of their shades being off.

I would avoid that combination. I think stone/charcoal/ash would suit firemist better than berry. I haven't seen red/red cars since the 80's. This is just my preference, but I think that the Berry leather is a nice color to look at in photos but I wouldn't want to live with it.

I agree berry red works best with silver or black, that's what the Mercedes Taste Police recommend too. As for living with berry red, I can assure you there's no problem, it feels fresh and vibrant everytime I get in the car.

Personally i would like something black on the outside and a dark color on the inside. I just love that aggressive look.. black that is!
