UK Main Dealer Service costs
Todays Sunday Times says Mercedes dealerships seem keen to top the league of rich repairers. The top two are Mercedes-Benz of Hull which is £80 plus tax per hour and Greenoaks of Slough where servicing costs £85 plus tax an hour. Ouch!!

Another reason, as if one were needed, not to go to either Hull or Slough.
The prices seem high even to us buying £90k+ cars, but how must it be if you have a £15k A-Class or £20k C-Class?
I go to M-B Oxford for servicing which, last time I checked, was £60 and there's a helpful dealer in Stratford-upon-Avon who I might try.
Time for my SL600 to fall out of the dealer network I think. There's an MB specialist in Harrow who charges £25/hour.
