Several MB's Superperformance MK III Cobra
Daimler Chrtsler aftermarket warranty
I have tried to contact Michael regarding the aftermarket warranty for my 2005 SL55. I have tried the following numbers:
630-231-3464 and
866-278-8823.
All that I get is the number is not available leave a message. Does anyone have a better way to get in touch with him?

Try joe @ 740 964 3900 I bought my Chrysler service contract (warranty) from him. Great service and price.

I purchased my warranty from Michael a year ago and am very satisfied. I had one issue and they paid for it directly to my service facility with no hassle whatsoever. Great to deal with. I recommend highly.

I did speak to someone at Chrysler Service Contracts and asked some questions on what was covered and he did not know. My concerns are, the top mechanism, command system and the ABC system. Do you know from what your contract shows that these sre covered?

I bought one from michael about 6 months ago. I am completely floored by the warranty coverage. It has been fantastic. Too date they have covered 15k worth of claims without blinking an eye.
I have even been able to use it at independent shops when needed.
If you can get it its money well spent. Make sure to get the $100 ded and top tier coverage. You wont be dissapointed.

Isn't there another after market warranty company that will cover the AMG's?
Afraid Chrysler will go under and we will not only loose the warranty but all our money as well.....

I just called Frank to discuss my warranty. They will honor all pre-existing extended warranties as if nothing has changed, and they are not going out of business. However, they can no longer sell Daimler/Chrysler extended warranties for non-chrysler products (e.g. MB, BMW etc.) over the phone. That responsibility has been transferred to the dealerships who will inspect the car and give you a quote. That's the big change-

I spoke to one of there reps just a couple of days ago on this same issue and he told me that once the merger goes through with Fiat, all customers that have service contracts will receive letter sin the mail stating that they will be honored. Of course I am a little worried about that because I am unsure if Chrysler simply told their reps to state this in the mean time to not create panic. I am paying month to month for the next 6 months (have been paying for 6 months) but if they will not cover the warranty after that then I am going to stop paying them.
Any input on this guys?
