Naw brah...that's actually Chris (owner of C2Design). I'm more of the golf shorts, tshirt/sweater vest, and flip flops kind of guy.
Thanks...the floor mats are from formymercedes.com (talk to Jerry on specifics for what you want on floor mats) I actually found the CF trim kit off ebay and they were local to me so went to their shop (a wheel shop) to take a look at them. They were in prime condition and they did a test fit on the car and I gave them a cash offer (saved $600 of retail)...deal done. You can also find them at Performance Products website.

The carbon fiber keyless go shift knob came in today...to match the cf interior trim going in...
Headlights put back together...the turn signal bulbs will be replaced by silver covered bulbs rather than amber stock bulbs (still lights amber though) and the running day lights will be replaced by Sylvania replacement lights that are bright white...the fogs will be converted to HID versions...
Stock wheels still on...the new wheels are going to be all satin black finish...the last pic is an example of the wheel finish (that isn't the wheel, though)...

AMGFan...very nice, car is coming along quite well ...excellent attention to detail and unique touches along the way!!
By the way...Do you have 2 piece drilled/slotted rotors from the factory for your SL65? I'm wondering if those are stock for that car, non-sport package. If so they may work on an 03-04 SL55?? if not where did you get those rotors (they look very similar to the ones on your e55 AMG) .....anyone know?

I'm waiting to see, hot the front will look like.. Because, I'm planning on making everything black. also, you gave me lots of ideas..

Looks great. But why the cheap black plastic 06 key fab? Do your investment a favor and get the chrome key fabs which they starting making in 07.

I just had to reorder a key, and I made sure to tell them NOT to get me the chrome key. That thing is the cheesiest thing I've ever seen. I'll take the flat black any day, but hey... to each his own.
