Looking for Good SoCal Mercedes Service???
I live in Ventura County next to Thousand Oaks. Can anyone recommend a good place for Mercedes Service? I bought my 2007 SL55 at Silver Star but I lost my trust with them. It's Class A "stealership" and nothing but a bunch of liars and rip-offs.
I'm due for Service B and a recall that needs to be done. How is Calabasas Mercedes? As compared to Rusnak in Pasadena?
Appreciate any feedback...

I live in TO and take mine to Calabasas. So far so good but there is a shop in Woodland Hills I understand called Mr MB or something like that. The shop is suppose to do good work. Someone else here can probably tell you about it.

I finally ended up at MB of Beverly Hills. I had good success with these guys after going thru a few bad dealerships, including the one I purchased from.

I'm not really looking for an independent shop. I just don't know what dealership service can be trusted after I got screwed by Silver Star AG in Thousand Oaks where I bought my car from. So far I'm leaning towards MB of Beverly Hills, based on feedback from owners... Thanks.

I'm trying to schedule service at MB of Beverly Hills next week. Any suggestion or name you can give me? So far, you're the only one That I had gotten feedback from.

Bari - I have been going to calabasas for years with VG results. Free rentals, inspect car when delivered for any scratches, etc. and have been straight on repairs, etc. Definitely recommend, PM if need more info.

Anyway, my wife just took the car to Beverly Hills today (I'm in Charlotte this week and for the next few months on business). I have barely used the car - less than 3K miles so far. For the 1K service, I took it to the dealer where I bought it from. I remember paying under $500 for that service.
I got a call from my wife a couple of hours ago and she said this service at Beverly Hills will cost around $800+. Does this sound about right? Anyone?
