I'm thinking of doing my side vents, hood vents, grille, and all the chrome badges in matte black. What do you guys think.

 

I'd do it. Matte black is awesome when done right. Make sure you get some flat black wheels with no chrome lip. Any chrome will kill it. If you're doing a regular "murdered-out" look with a shiny, metallic black, then chrome is cool. Also, be careful because matte is cheaper because there's less paint, however, it will chip, scratch easily and will show.
