and I just had $3400 in repairs done... my dealer said these guys were good to work with and they got paid right away.
Your MBZ service rep should handle everything for you... they will do all the paperwork and conversations with the warranty company. All you should have to do is pay the $200. If there for any length of time, the dealer should give you a free loaner car until your car is ready for pickup.
Let us know how it goes!
I'm curious why you are taking your car in so soon for a checkup? Didn't you just have things checked by the dealer to complete the pre-enrollment checklist as provided by the warranty company?
Overall, my experience with this plan has been a solid two thumbs up.
Edit: Also, in my visit all OEM parts were used (fixed headlight washer assemblies, valve cover gaskets, front suspension busings, etc)
Worth every penny plus more.I dont know if Michael Chase is still the rep , he was a bit hard to reach but pleasant and knowledgeable about this service.
Dont go with fidelity or easycare they will not cover what this does.
I saw the link posted somewhere on this thread.
Good Luck.
