Murphy's Car Wash Law...It will rain the day off the wash...
I got bored and washed the car along with my buddy...Manny (my 4 month old chocolate lab)...The actual photoshoot is coming up in about a week but I couldn't pass up taking some pics with the additional carbon fiber bits...rear diffuser, side mirror housings, front spoiler lip, and rear trunk spoiler. Thanks to Revozport (rear diffuser and undertray), DCT Motorsports (side mirror housings), and formymercedes.com (front spoiler lip and rear trunk spoiler).

We are working on that this coming week...either pushing them out further or go more radical by fabricating exhaust tips that are more in line with the SL65Black singular tips on each side (I was just thinking of that today so my tuner house doesn't even know yet)...I'll keep you posted.

Can I buy your old Diffuser? or did you re-use it & have them wrap it in CF?
PS...I love your idea on SL65 BS tips, just "Midnight Auto" them from Dealership lol...Kinda like that poor SOB w/E320 brakes on E63 AMG, Techs cutt-off his AMG Calipers/rotors & replaced w/E320's

Guys...thanks a lot for the nice comments. Both the E55 and SL65 have been passion projects and the journey has been a heck of a ride. The MBWorld forum threads and the other passionate owner's of Mercedes Benz vehicles have been the best guide on that journey...

Love the carbon fiber, the car is hot and Manny is a great looking fellow. I hope he got a treat for putting up with the photo shoot. I know my hounds would have expected as much.
