All-New 2010 Porsche GT3 RS .. pics & article
Power now goes up to 444 Horsepower... short shift gearing, lighter weight than the normal GT3... carbon seats and brakes... ultra light forged wheels, roll cage... lightweight lithium ion battery saves another 22 lbs.... basically a relatively feather-weight German sports car with 444 Horsepower and instantaneous power with otherworldly handling and braking abilities... nice 
The link doesn't mention it but it also probably has lighter weight engine internals, lightweight titanium exhaust system, and other weight saving measures like lighter weight glass, etc. too.. Even the carbon rear wing is supposed to not only weight less than the wing on the regular GT3 but also create more downforce...
Question for the Porsche guys: How much do you think this car will weigh? 3,000 lbs? under 3,000? And is it true that some mags have got the 0 to 60 MPH time for the regular GT3 at 3.5 seconds? so this car should be able to get what? 3.2? Since it weighs less than the regular GT3 but has more power and better traction and shorter gear shift travel... is this possible? And since it weighs like 1,500 lbs LESS than an SL 65, will it be able to beat an SL 65 stoplight to stoplight and what about on the highway?
And you guys know the magazines will put this car up against the all-new Ferrari 458 Italia next year and against the upcoming Lamborghini Gallardo LP-560 Superleggera..... wonder what they will say about the comparisons....very interesting regardless...

The Cup version is even more hardcore
For the track only, the Cup version is even more hardcore (the weight drops down to almost 2,600 lbs)... here's some pics of it:
