Remote Radar Detectors
Looking for new remote detector with laser for SL55. I just got rid of my CLK55 with the calibre which MB installed. The install was flawless, the detector itself was fair. Lots of falses and with no visible light or indicator to show it was on -there were a number of times I felt that the detector had gone to sleep. So... not real interested in another calibre. Also, kind of over-priced. I am looking at the new Passport system which is apparenty $2k installed. Anyone have any experience with this? Or any other suggestions? And no I am not sticking a Valentine 1 on the windshield...

Perhaps the coolest best , protection set up I've ever seen .
Laser interceptor ( laser jammer ) w/ built in valentine 1 in the rear view mirror . Cool , but costly +/- $3700
