SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: Frightening moment...
there was a gap so I went for it, coming off the brake and on to the throttle
there was nothing,,dead,, I slammed on the brakes and luckily stopped with
my nose just poking out a bit. To day same scenario same place , except there was not such a gap,
the same thing, but I had left it later to brake, so I braked hard and pulled the steering wheel to the Left . I was well exposed and cars scraped by my nose. This is a really frightening experience, I realize there's not too many SL63
drivers, but if anybody had had this experience, please help.
Im thinking SRS shut you down but im just speculating here.
However, if there is no throttle when you hit the gas, it's time to visit the dealer. Sounds like the drive by wire throttle may be having issues.

That's it, it is what you call a traffic circle, if there is traffic from the right,
you have to stop or give way. However if there is a gap you can go for it
or if your unsure stop. Approaching this traffic circle there was a gap, your usually braking at this point, so you need to either brake harder or accelerate.
It can be quite frightening especially if something is coming round very quickly. Any way I decided to go for it and took my foot of the brake and on
to the accelerator only to find nothing, very very scary, the only trouble is
my car has been re mapped, it could be that. I just wondered if anybody had had this problem.

re map it must be an MB problem.
I am going to take it to MB. After my tuner will reload it in case it gets wiped.
But thanks for the suggestions.
